Michael Lampasona
Chief Executive Officer
Before Anchor Advisory was born, Michael has always been viewed as a leader and an initiator. Michael joined Virtual Enterprise to demonstrate these skills and learned what it was like to delegate tasks and manage a team to meet deadlines in a timely manner. It has been a pleasure for him to collaborate with his peers and spread ideas the company. In Michael's time off, he enjoys playing tennis.
Justin Farshadmand
Chief Operating Officer
Justin joined Virtual Enterprise to refine skills needed for the business world. The work that he has completed for the firm such as the Corporate Social Responsibility policy has coined Anchor Advisory as a successful business with a comfortable work environment. These projects have also allowed him to communicate better and market himself to employers. In Justin's spare time, he loves to work out at the gym.
Ryan Manu

The charisma and friendly demeanor of Ryan made him the perfect candidate to lead our sales team. Ryan is an effective communicator that is always open to sharing and listening to ideas which has made Anchor Advisory's working environment productive and lively. Since Ryan joined Virtual Enterprise, his presentation skills have improved and he has fundraised over $1000 for the firm! Ryan's favorite sport is basketball and he enjoys hanging out with friends.

From his experience as President in DECA, Sebastian joined Virtual Enterprise to apply his prior business knowledge and leading others in a more collaborative setting. Sebastian has proven to be a valuable member to the firm has he devotes his spare time into reviewing the financials of Anchor Advisory and creating effective strategies for the firm's long term and short term goals.

As the lead of the Marketing Team, Eliza exudes creativity and passion into every project she completes. Due to her unmatched interest of studying marketing in the post-secondary level, Virtual Enterprise made sense for Eliza to gain the leadership skills and experience necessary to fulfill her curiosity of the industry. Eliza loves to travel and explore new places.
Alexis Ramirez
Chief Technology Officer
Alexis was recommended to join Virtual Enterprise based on his interest in pursuing business in college and the team is grateful to have him. Though he runs the Tech department solo, Alexis applies his prior knowledge of his financial literacy course to assist other departments. In his experience, with Anchor Advisory, Alexis has polished his communication skills. In Alexis' spare time, he enjoys playing football and working out.

When joining Anchor Advisory, Evan came with the intention of wanting to take on the important of managing the group's finances. Evan will always dedicate his time into submitted projects that exceed expectations. He has even taken the step to earn his Intuit Quickbooks certification so he can better assist the firm and build his expertise in the business world as he considers which program he would like to select in college. You can Evan playing soccer in his spare time.
Eric's transition into Virtual Enterprise came with the intention of wanting to be a team player. Throughout Eric's journey, he has mastered the skills of collaborating with others and has elevated projects with creativity especially in the brand packet. When Eric isn't marketing our firm, you can find him on the soccer field with friends.
Zain's personality shines in every consultation! He is a friendly and resourceful associate that can assist our clients by understanding their current problems and suggest the appropriate solutions to cater to their needs. Zain brightens our work environment by motivating staff members and assisting others in their projects. In Zain's free time, he loves playing soccer and hanging out with friends.
